You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, republish, download, post, transmit, scrape, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Ledak188.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ledak188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Ledak188's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ledak188 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate measures to protect your device and data.
Ledak188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not as a consequence of a Terms breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via the most recently used withdrawal method within 10 business days of the closure request. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Ledak188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendments take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause shall limit Ledak188's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
